Grant Agreement

When your grant application has been processed, you will receive an email containing the following documents:

• Erasmus+ Grant Agreement
• Erasmus+ Student Charter
• Departure Confirmation (to be signed by the end of your stay)

The Grant Agreement serves as a contract regarding your grant and your Erasmus+ exchange.
Read the grant agreement carefully, sign the document and upload it to your grant application on Beyond Borders.
Once this is done you will receive the first instalment (80%) of the grant to your NEM-account.
The second and final instalment will be paid after your stay.

If the information in the grant agreement is not correct, please contact
erasmus@dtu.dk before signing.

If changes occur

You must inform us of changes regarding your studies abroad that affect your grant. This could be, if the duration of your stay changes or if you decide not to travel.

Please note that if your stay is longer than first expected (earlier start or a later exam date) and you wish to apply for funding of the extra days, you will need to contact us no later than a month before the original end date of the grant period.

If you decide to interrupt or discontinue your studies abroad or if you cannot complete your exams for example due to illness, it is also important that you contact erasmus@dtu.dk

Please note that we cannot issue the grant agreement before all other documents have been submitted and approved. If this process is delayed due to the OLA-process, the deadline for upload of the signed grant agreement will be adjusted.
