After your exchange: Apply for credit transfer

Once you have completed your studies abroad, you are obliged to apply for final credit transfer of all the points you have passed. You can base you application on your pre-approval - follow the instructions on www.merit.dtu.dk.

Transcript of records

If you studied abroad through one of DTU's exchange agreeements, your transcript will typically be sent directly to us. In this case, you will be notified on your student email that the transcript has been uploaded to www.merit.dtu.dk.

Please note that you do not need to wait with sending in your application for final credit transfer until you have received your transcript. If you apply before, you can for example just upload a temporary transcript until it is available.
