Lyngby campus - Building 101A, 1.010 (Administration)
Opening hours: September 1st - December 22nd the opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 - 2pm.
Opening hours Summer 2024 (Lyngby)
In week 29 and 30, the office is open on Wednesdays from 12-2pm and the phones are open on Mondays from 9-11am.
The office is closed during the summer holiday from the 25th of July until the 5th of August 2024.
The last week of August 2024 (week 35) the office will be open on all weekdays.
Ballerup campus - D.1.01
Opening hours: September 1st - December 1st and again from 1st of February - 1st of June, Wednesdays from 12 - 2pm . The office is closed in January, June, July and August.

If you choose ”General Questions” you will be booking a study advisor from International Student Services. If you have more specific questions to individual exchange agreements, destinations and universities, you can book an international partnership manager. You can see the responsible for each exchange agreement on the right hand side of the individual pages on Beyond Borders.
Holidays and closing days
The International Student Services is closed on Bank Holidays as well as during Easter (incl. the three days before the Bank Holidays), the day after Ascension Day, June 5th and during Christmas (incl. the days between Christmas and New Year).
The office in Lyngby is closed during the summer holiday from the 19th of July until the 5th of August 2024.
